Membership & service terms

Version October 4, 2026. Read how your account and credits work.

Your account

Use an email address you control and protect your password. Website membership provides access to your profile, subscription and credit records. The creative workspace currently uses a separate account; service access is confirmed after that account is linked.

Plans and payment

Only products marked available can be purchased. Review the currency, price, term and allowance before checkout. The current release uses prepaid periods without automatic card charges. Payment is confirmed by a verified provider notification; a browser redirect is not payment confirmation.

Desktop access proposal

Desktop packs are draft products and cannot yet be purchased or activated. The proposal licenses each computer for 1, 2 or 3 selected app types. Supported versions and projects of one app count as one type. Third-party software licenses are supplied by you. Web plans and desktop packs are separate; AI calls share one account credit balance and desktop packs do not add monthly credits.

Proposed desktop rules: one device transfer and one app-selection change per monthly entitlement cycle; paid upgrades after a prorated payment; downgrades at renewal. Expiry stops new automation while preserving saved files, history and permanent credits. These functions await release and the final checkout terms.

Two credit balances

Monthly allowances are issued by the subscription anniversary, expire at cycle end and do not roll over. Annual plans issue credits monthly. Purchased credits never expire and accumulate. Monthly credits are used first. Free accounts may purchase permanent credits when checkout is open.

Usage and budgets

Rates are versioned by model. Reliable per-task usage is required before charging. A task reserves a budget, settles confirmed consumption and releases unused credit. An expired monthly allowance cannot be restored into a new month. Observation billing records estimated cost without debiting your balance.

Renewal and changes

Renewing the same plan early extends paid access without resetting current credits. To change tiers, use the plan scheduled for your next service period; your current allowance is preserved. Marking a plan not to renew keeps access until the paid period ends. Permanent credits remain available.

Refunds and review

Refunds follow the displayed checkout policy and the provider review process. Credit reversals reference the original order and remain in the ledger. Consumed, reserved or subscription credits require review. Request data review or account removal under Account security.
